Established in 1970, Freeborn Tool Company Inc. is a manufacturer of tooling for the woodworking industry. Based in Spokane, Wash., the company offers a range of products, including brazed shaper cutters, insert cutters, spiral inserts, router bits, custom tooling and tool holders for computer numerical control tooling. Freeborn Tool Company Inc provides both carbide and alloy tipping to the cutters. It designs, engineers and manufactures the profiling equipment, facing machines and dual side grinders for in-plant use.

ASC Machine Tools Inc. has fabrication capabilities for general sheet metal, brake bending, medium fabrication, heavy fabrication, structural steel work, punching, and shearing and guillotining. It consists of over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing and assembly space, 14,400 square feet of warehouse space and mechanical, hydraulic as well as electrical assembly capabilities.
