Established in 1992 Robert Opheim firm owner brought to the firm ten years of experience while working with other Puget Sound area firms. We have provided professional services in: King, Snohomish, Pierce, Skagit, and San Juan Counties in Washington State over the last eighteen years. Focusing on accessible housing, residential, multi-residential retail, industrial, commercial, office, multi-use, daycare, airplane hangars, dog kennels, and horse arenas.
