I went to Retina NW for 8 treatments. They push as many clients through as possible every day. Their appointments take 3-4 hours each time. All but about 15 minutes is spent in the waiting room....

Had 2 detached retina surgeries performed by Dr. Lee. the first went well, the second did not. I am now left with blurred and distorted vision in one eye for rest of my life. Poor follow up...

Just too many errors. I had six issues in two visits, two of which were actual medical errors. And I shouldn't have needed two visits in the first place. I cannot recommend Dr Ma or his support...
