Highland Terrace Nursing Center offers assisted living, senior housing and rehabilitative health care services to the elderly. It serves more than four county areas, including Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum in Washington, and Columbia in Oregon. It provides a wide range of health care programs and services that include skilled nursing, medical, counseling and residential services. Its hospice care center provides various services, including acute symptom management, respite, and custodial and end of life care. It also offers bereavement programs for adults, parents, teens and children. The programs include group support, camps and grief management services. It also offers home health cares services for adults, infants and children. Community Home Health and Hospice is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare and operates from two locations in Washington, including Longview and Vancouver.
