History

Established in 1998. Originally I worked with John L. Scott Real Estate for the first ten years of my business at their North Seattle office in Crown Hill/Greenwood area. They closed that office with very little notice in 2008 and I moved to the Northgate office of REMAX Northwest which has been well established in that area for two decades. REMAX Northwest in Northgate was the first REMAX office in the state of Washington, and REMAX just released the numbers for 2010 sales. REMAX agents sold 13.1% of all homes in the US in 2010, a higher percentage than any other company. We are a solid group of professional agents.

Specialties

I have worked in Residential Real Estate in the Greater Seattle area for over 13 years now, through all kinds of markets. I am a strong negotiator and take pride in getting a good deal for buyers and sellers! I have the following designations: Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, Ecobroker, Accredited Staging Professional and Senior Real Estate Specialist. All this means the highest level of education and professionalism in my work.
