This is a privately owned store, which means that you cannot return products from the store to another Radio Shack. Also they have a 7 Day return policy. I bought a car charger for my phone and...

This place is so bad, they do not even get a star. The people that work in this store are NOT radio shack people per se because the store is independently run. BUT they still have to follow rules...
