I went there today for a scheduled appointment and it was closed. Not sure why... One of the windows was boarded up so it seems that they are either in repair or out of business. Would've been...

They draw blood. You can drop in anytime but there might be a wait (and junkies in the waiting room). Kinda like the Walmart of phlebotomists. Fast, but impersonal and sometimes kinda creepy.
