The Primary Care Gym

Dr. Ruth Freeman is a Board Certified Internist who has been serving the Bothell, Lynnwood and Mill Creek communities since 1998. In May of 2018, Doctor Freeman opened her private practice in Bothell, Washington. Dr. Freeman sees patients for acute diseases such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Renal Disease and Heart Disease. Dr Freeman takes a holistic approach to the care of her patients. To help her patients to lead healthier lives, the clinic also houses a Primary Care Gym. The gym offers Cardiofit sessions run by a certified trainer. The Cardiofit sessions are designed to improve your strength and mobility. The classes are also designed to improve you cardiovascular fitness leading to decreased risk of diabetes, heart attack and stroke.
