I was really disappointed with my haircut. I asked them to cut about 4 inches off and add layers but ended up with over 8 inches gone. I also didn't receive layers in my hair like I asked. Overall...

haircut did not match what showed. Only took 5 minutes to cut and it was rushed. Highly do not recommend
