It's no wonder their ratings are so poor. Search on YouTube for work that they promised to do for an old lady (Gloria), and they still haven't done the work (they've even been paid for the work)....

Epic Fail on Puget Sound Restoration, Inc. For their horrible customer service, poor communication and most of all late payments to their sub-contractors. If you're a sub-contractor steer away...
