My rental fee increased 234% in 8 months. A bit unreasonable. Facility is not bad, pretty clean, easy access, although remote features on cell phone didn't work for first four months.

Customer service is outstanding. She is great helping me out. The facility is nice. As I'm parking my travel trailer here I only use the office. Trailer slot prices are very high.
