Used to be my favorite burrito in Portland, but today I was told there is an extra charge. For steak. That would be fine if it was written on the menu but surprise extra charges aren't good....

the name is Portland Taqueria. it's in Vancouver Washington. honestly for the Couv this isn't the worst restaurant. but the name is misleading.
