I have came to popo a few times since moving to Pullman. Every time I think, "well it can't get any worse than this," and every time I'm wrong... One of my drinks tasted like a dash of brown...

I normally don't leave reviews. But this place is terrible. Boba tea was OK, watery milk tea...The fried tofu is a joke...Not crispy but soggy tofu with lots of terrible salty pepper seasonings....
