Maybe I went at a bad time but half of the vendor stations were empty. Really not much to do and definitely not worth the cost of parking. It's very strange - I'd imagine the reason so many shops...

I scored on tea and tacos at the public market! I've visited Tea Madame at their other locations, but I was pleased to see their extended booth here. They will have a sample of hot tea to taste...
