Founded in 1999, NPower Seattle offers technological solutions for the nonprofit sector. It provides assessment, planning, implementation, solutions identification, and information services. The organization designs Web sites and provides databases and online tools. NPower Seattle provides assistance with wireless technology and portable computers. Additionally, it offers computer hardware and software, as well as provides on-site support services. The organization also conducts training sessions, educational events and workshops, as well as offers Technology Service Corps, a workforce development program. Located in Seattle, NPower Seattle offers services for more than 1,200 local nonprofit organizations through its over 12,700 employees and volunteers.
