The Kitsap County Human Services Department offers a range of human service programs. It provides planning, administrating and support services. The division also offers developmental disability, substance abuse treatment, metal health, youth mentoring, job training and prevention services. The Kitsap County Human Services Department additionally provides aging and long-term care services. The Kitsap County Human Services Department is a part of the Personnel & Human Services Department, which also operates Personnel Division and Division of Aging & Long Term Care, as well as Kitsap County Youth Mentoring and the Kitsap Recovery Center divisions. Evergreen Rural Water of Washington is an organization catering to wastewater and sewage needs in Washington State. Based in Shelton, Wash., it provides systems with on-site technical assistance, formal training and equipment lending. Additionally, the organization renders training information, including manuals, videos and insurances to the water and wastewater industry. It has association with National Rural Water, American Water Works and Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC). Evergreen Rural Water of Washington is a member of the National Rural Water Association (NRWA).
