No hot water in facilities. Laundry room closed Hasn't been maintained. You park on a paved spot surrounded by weeds and sand. People are nice enough but the place isn't.

Trashy place. Hook ups were ancient. If you like parking in a big gravel and dead grass field, then this is the place for you. Just don't look left or you'll see the resident hoarder continually...
