The Pho is consistently good, no matter which location you go to, and the employees are always very nice. If you just want some good, no frills Pho, I highly recommend Than Brothers.

Great to-go pho place. The noodles and broth are placed in separate containers so that the noodles won't get soggy. All the containers are nicely sealed. They'll get your order ready in 5 minutes....
