Best Filipino food in the Tri-Cities! They have lumpia, fried rice, pancit noodles, and chicken and beef kabobs.

The rice noodles are dry and stale. Like they cooked the noodles days prior and reheated them multiple times. The lumpia was okay, and the chicken kabobs were dry and tasted like they had been out...
