Philip Downer, MD

Dr. Phil Downer, MD is a highly skilled and board-certified orthopedic surgeon based in Seattle, WA. With a special interest in hip preservation surgery, Dr. Downer is known for his expertise in treating hip problems such as hip dysplasia and hip impingement.
