My friend take out us for lunch to try Filipino food, we are disappointed we order pancit, spaghetti and dinuguan taste terrible.

This restaurant is wonderful! My husband and I came to Whidbey Island for a wedding and left the wedding rather hungry. We saw Perla's while driving by and stopped to see if they had hot food....

Perla's has the best Filipino food. 10/10 the lumpia is the best!! Whenever I crave Filipino food and don't want to cook it myself Perla's is a win.
