Established in 1953, PCC Natural Markets is a consumer-owned natural food co-operative. It operates through several departments, including produce, meat, seafood, grocery, deli, party platters, wine and beer, and health and body care. It has a full range of grocery products, such as beans, bulk foods, cooking oils, natural sweeteners, nutritional oils, soy foods and tofu. The store s deli department stocks sandwiches, salads, side dishes, artisan-baked breads, farmstead cheeses, and handcrafted cakes, cookies and pies. PCC Natural Markets also sells body care products, such as deodorants, soaps, bath salts, massage oils, cosmetics, shaving products, hair care products, salves and creams.
