Joe is helpful and understanding, and did not make me feel inadequate with my limited computer knowledge. He has repaired a couple laptops, built a PC and recycled some old computers.

Brought my computer in and told them my problems. Got my computer back doing the same thing and $200.00 lighter in my pocket. What a ripoff. NEVER will go there again and won't recommend anyone...
