Park Shore, established in 1963, is a fully accredited continuing care retirement community located at lakeside in Seattle. It is a part of the Presbyterian Retirement Communities Northwest and features more than 100 residential living apartments, over 30 assisted living apartments and an on-site, Medicare-certified health center. It also offers decorated common areas that includes lobby, lounge, dining room, library, computer learning center, garden room for private parties, luncheons and meetings, and boat dock pavilion for barbecues and lakeside relaxation. The community provides various amenities, such as voice messaging, cable television, weekly housekeeping with linen service, storage lockers, library, billiards, large-screen TV, staffed fitness center and laundry facilities on every floor. Its residential services include physical, occupational and massage therapies, optometry, podiatry, vaccination, and dental and dental hygiene. Park Shore also provides garage parking, beauty and barber salon, and guest accommodations and meals.

FYI: it's minimum 200K ENTRY FEE for your aging loved one to live in a studio or 1bd apartment that you STILL PAY MONTHLY FOR despite them saying you own it... which is a lie cause you can't pass...

Please reconsider sending your loved ones here! The staff, turnover, attention, training, awareness, ability to provide care, ... was so terrible. Wish we would have known better.

I worked for parkshore before and let me tell you that this is a horrible place to work, staffs are quitting left and right because of poor management and low pay. Staffing here is always short...
