History

Parkour Visions originated from a community's shared passion for challenging themselves through movement in complex environments. It has advanced from it's infant stage as a friend-formed exercise group, to free classes offered to local schools, to a rapidly growing nonprofit organization dedicating to spreading the positive benefits of parkour training to all that can benefit from them.

Specialties

Run, jump, climb, vault, swing, roll, crawl, have fun and get strong! Parkour Visions is a local nonprofit gym dedicated to teaching the discipline safely and using it to change lives. Our 10,000 sq ft facility offers multiple levels of classes each day for kids and adults. Our goal is to be able to give everyone a realistic start with parkour training and use it to develop lifelong fitness through training that is fun and can be done anywhere. Parkour is a discipline focused on overcoming physical obstacles that improves strength, speed, agility, co-ordination, stamina, endurance, and precision. It offers a full-body workout at any level of experience, and improves your ability to move, to harness your confidence, and change how you see the world.
