Every time I order I have 0 points, went and looked at my papa John's history and have ordered multiple times each month. Tried to contact customer service and there is no option on their website....

They do not wear their masks correctly when making all the food there. When I asked why they don't they said because it's uncomfortable and gets hot. That's no excuse, that's gross.
