Seriously, how hard it is to get a BLT correct? I ordered the chicken BLT with no cheese! Cheese makes my Crohn's bad enough that I sometimes have to go the hospital. I asked for no cheese....

Is this Panera Bread going bankrupt? No salad and not napkins I asked for extra napkins and the worker said can give an only a few because we're low. How can you be out of napkins? Smh won't be...
