3/4 cooks wore gloves and one did not nore was anyone on the line besides one guy. With food gloves should be on all the time not just when they want too event though they were busy still gloves...

Not only did we find a hair cooked into the honey walnut shrimp, the service was horrible. The attitude from the workers needs to seriously be fixed. What happened to great customer service...

There white rice was hard I had how the rice is hard and it's not soft at all I couldn't even eat it I let them know they asked if I wanted a replacement nope it's the same thing

Put simply, dont order online. Picking up your order always has delays or issues. Just go through the drive thru and you will get priority. They cant forget about you in the drive thru.
