Pam is FANTASTIC! She really knows what she's doing! My eyebrow tattoos are absolutely perfect! They look very natural and perfect color too. My only regret is that I didn't find her years ago!

Pam Neighbors has to be the best of the best. Usually you would have to follow one of her expertise to another part of the world. I'm beyond surprised she is in my own county let alone ten miles...
