History

Started by Roy Lord after he retired from the US Military, of 22 years. He has the gained knowledge from years of experience to solve near any IT related issues. His shop has been in Colfax since 97 and has been a staple of the town since. In 2010 Roy decided to branch out his business and open a storefront in Pullman WA. His son-in-law Grant Fielder has been running that location since it's opening at 110 S Grand Ave, then two years later at our 130 S Grand Ave location in Pullman. The Pullman location is primarily a drop off and pick up location, seldomly making service calls. Depending on the issues turnaround time could be same day and is normally no more than three business days. Roy mainly is a service call tech that is seldom in shop but does take drop offs for repair. We will continue to service the Palouse and hope to only grow more as a business and dependable computer repair store.

We are a locally owned and operated PC/Mac/General Electronics repair center that also deals in services and sales. With two store front locations including Colfax & Pullman WA. We cover the Palouse Region and offer the friendliest, best priced, and most honorable work around.We at PHC work on about any and everything technologically related. We do all the standard services that you would expect out of a PC repair shop (Hardware Diag, Software Repair, Virus Removal, etc.) but we are not limited to just the same old criteria as other shops. We like to state that we are Intuitively Inclined to understanding and fixing new technologies available as well as having combined over 30 years experience with computers and technology in general. We also provide CD/DVD resurfacing services (currently only available at our Pullman location).
