I go here every 3 months to get my blood work done. Rarely is there ever a lineup -- so they can take me immediately. The staff is very friendly and gentle when they draw your blood.

I went to the Seattle location - They never faxed my results to the doctor, on call back they did not have any information about my tests. I called to check and they would not talk over the phone...

I usually come here and get a great service. But this morning this check in lady named DeAntha (that's what her name tag says) made it so worse. She is so slow, checking on everyone's insurance...

This company's billing process is horrible, I have insurance, there always seems to be a problem. It's like Paclab bills me directly instead of through my insurance, that way they're paid 100%...
