Doug Lambeth started Pacific Fiberglass in 1989 as a one man band and today he's running a 12-15 man crew. His business has evolved from minor fiberglass repairs and bottom painting to major structural repairs, topside painting, installing bow and stern thrusters, custom fiberglass projects, mechanical work, carpentry; and the list goes on.
