History
CrossFit 98110 is the only Certified CrossFit gym on Bainbridge Island. Other gyms may claim to have or be CrossFit but they are not. Just go on to the CrossFit.com web site and see for yourself. Our gym is located at 9463 Northeast Business Park Lane, right in heart of Bainbridge Island. (Across the street from Sakai Middle School). As of May 2012, CrossFit 98110 has 8 Level 1 CrossFit Certified Trainers. We also have 3 USAW (United States of America Weightlifting) Sports Performance Coaches.
Specialties
CrossFit 98110 is a community driven health and fitness club where people come together to workout, encourage one another, have fun and in the process transform their lives for the better. Our fitness model is a core strength and conditioning program that can be scaled and/or modified to any fitness level. We jump, row, run, push, pull, press and and lunge our way to getting fit. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Great coaching. Great facility. Really nice and fun people to work out with. Because of the Foundations Program, I felt totally prepared as a first time CrossFitter.
