Osprey bistro is a small eatery serving the South Park neighborhood. Owner and Executive Chef Shane Ryan has spent his career cooking in the kitchens of fine dining restaurants. He wanted to create a space where the elevated dishes of fine dining could be accessible in a relaxed and sociable atmosphere.
