Love that you're able to borrow diagnostics tools (some require you stay in the parking lot, some are free, some I think cost). Prices are reasonable and the employees are pretty knowledgeable...

Went there to buy a headlight bulb.. A very helpful young man named Joe helped me locate it and then installed it for me in the parking lot at no extra charge..great customer service..

The worst service and are very slow to take care of their customers! Rather go somewhere else for parts.
