My main focus is on preventive medicine and management of chronic diseases, like hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, obesity, anxiety, depression and tobacco dependence. I am also skilled in acute ambulatory care, managing musculoskeletal issues, arthritis and other minor illnesses. I have always had a passion for helping people and wanting to make people feel better. I enjoy working with a variety of patients in both primary care and urgent care settings with an emphasis on preventive care, women's health and mental health care. I have seven years of experience as an ICU nurse. It was during this time that I truly realized how important preventive care is. I knew that I wanted to do more to help patients achieve their best health.

I provide comprehensive primary care for adults aged 18 and older. My practice focus areas include preventive health, managing acute and chronic disease, HIV prevention, sexual health, mental health (depression, anxiety, ADHD), and weight loss management. Growing up, my provider was so personable and happy, I wanted to be just like her. She had a way of simplifying complex issues and answering all my questions. I really enjoyed her work so I went into nursing inspired by her and it all turned out better than I imagined.
