History

Upon establishing his solo practice, Dr. David Penner, a Harvard-trained, dual-certified psychiatrist, realized the future of psychiatry had begun shifting towards interventional methods to treat mental illness. He treated numerous psychiatric ailments through traditional medication management and observed increasing unresponsiveness to this therapy and poor patient outcomes. Unsatisfied with the dated and subpar treatment methodology, in 2019, Dr. Penner began implementing the latest in interventional psychiatric treatment, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), for which he observed remarkable results. As more patients began demonstrating significant improvements in their mental health, Dr. Penner expanded his use of TMS and added more providers to support his mission to bring freedom from the throes of mental illness.
