I visit every year. The gardens and food are great. Great history and very quiet views of the harbor.

The Old Alcohol Plant is a Historic Inn, Restaurant, Arts & events center that is nestled on Townsend Bay in Port Hadlock, WA. The family of the famous photographer Ansel Adams first built the building. The tradition of building a better community has lived on for over 100 years, along with our mission. We’ve partnered with Bayside Housing & Services, who provide temporary supportive housing to low-income members of our community, focusing on seniors, veterans, and people in the workforce. The mission of Bayside Housing & Services is to provide safe, temporary supportive housing and services so people in need can secure permanent housing. Who we serve: Priority is given to seniors, veterans, and low-wage workers who need housing in order to retain employment. Revenue from the Inn, Restaurant, Art Workshops, and Music Events along with fundraising, help fund the Bayside Housing & Services program.

The food and service were great. Location is beautiful. Lush greenery and a few small shops nearby. Staff always friendly.

Waited half hour no one came to take drink orders or even acknowledge us. When we complained they just said they are under staffed but didn't apologize. We left.
