They had good service when I went in. pleasant smiles and decent timing. I had called ahead to see if they had a specific laptop and the guy brought down the display one and put it on hold for me...

I bought a MFC Printer / BRother from this place which crapped out fairly quick. They wouldn't honor a return, I had to take it up with the manufacturer. I was upset about it. I often come here...

1 star for service, 0 star for attitude of the staff :( Here for printing and ask for a service and some questions and seem like the staff don't want to talk to anyone.

Plenty of other office supply stores have better customer service then this store. Dealing with this store is problematic.
