Terrible customer service! ! mobile deposits that show success and never show up in the account! Drive through deposit that was missed by a mile! They had a chance to fix it? and didn't. Good job...

The customer services is not very good. if you can't get a hold of a local banker your call gets routed to a different call center and the lady is just plain rude and doesn't seem to be happy....
