Steve Tutty, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist in Washington State who provides both clinical and forensic services to children, adolescents, and parents. Since 1992, Dr. Tutty has worked directly with individuals presenting with a wide range of mental health challenges in state institutions, inpatient hospitals, outpatient mental health clinics, schools, wilderness programs, university research, and superior courts. NW Family Psychology also operates in Vancouver and Oregon. Dr. Tutty recently joined the new Silverdale location.

Horrible experience with Dr. Tutty. He evaluated our child in December 2024 and then completely GHOSTED. We never received a report, follow up documentation, a response from the doctor... nothing....
