About NWCB The Northwest Wall and Ceiling Bureau ( NWCB ) is an international, nonproprietary trade association for the wall and ceiling industry. It is a proactive organization that encompasses all the wall and ceiling industry products and systems available for interior and exterior construction. The membership of the NWCB consists of subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers, labor organizations and other professionals in the wall and ceiling industry in the Northwestern United States and Western Canada. The NWCB provides its members a wide array of services to help them run their businesses more effectively and to keep abreast of the developments that will affect them.
