Not happy at all. Their appraisals are consistently well below market. Our 3 ct. diamond ring they appraised at $24K when the rest of the world says it should be worth anywhere from $42-84K.

Had my ring appeased here. The reason for the 4 out of 5 because I didn't experience customer service here first hand. However, they provided excellent detail for my ring.
