I believe counseling is a collaborative effort. You are the expert on yourself you know what you have been through and things you have tried to make things better. I consider myself a generalist so am comfortable addressing several issues including depression, anxiety, behavior issues, grief and loss, adjustment issues, anger, conflict in relationships as well as other issues.

My work as a therapist has taught me about resiliency, compassion and courage. It has granted me an opportunity to meet incredible individuals and help them address their challenges, attain goals and find purpose in their lives. I strive to provide care that is beneficial and meaningful. My clinical practice areas include ADHD, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorder, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, depression, behavioral issues, coping skills, art and play therapy techniques.
