Forest City's current military housing portfolio consists of over 12,000 homes in Hawaii, Washington, Illinois, Tennessee and Colorado. These housing areas serve Navy Region Hawaii, Navy Region Northwest, Navy Region Midwest, Navy Region Mid-South, and the Air Force Academy, under the Navy's and Air Force's Public-Private Venture (PPV) partnership.
