I provide general OB/GYN care including pap smears, vaginitis, STI screening, contraception, vulvar dermatoses, sexual dysfunction, and hormone replacement therapy. I perform procedures including IUDs, Nexplanon, colposcopy, vulvar biopsy, and cyst management. I was inspired to go into medicine by my passion for wellness and advocating for people during some of their most vulnerable times and wanting to share my knowledge to educate people on their health.

I provide care for all physiatry patients and perform a variety of procedures. I was inspired to go into medicine because I find using my skills, knowledge, and challenging myself to care for others rewarding. Outside of the office, I enjoy working with my hands in the metal and wood shop. I also enjoy the outdoors for hiking, biking, skiing, boating and swimming.

Srujana Karlapalem, PAC is a highly experienced family medicine physician assistant located in Mukilteo, WA. With a wide spectrum of patient care, Srujana has worked with patients of all ages and backgrounds in community centers and urgent care settings. She believes in building trusting relationships with her patients and working together as a team for their overall well-being. Outside of work, Srujana is actively involved in her children's activities and local non-profit organizations. She enjoys hiking in the summer and practicing yoga throughout the year.
