Number of sessions is very personal to each person. However on average 4-6 sessions is most common to reach goals. Life coaching, counseling, and hypnosis combine to create powerful tools for building new life skills, busting out of old patterns, and finding a better way to surf the waves of life changes and challenges more smoothly. Hypnosis may also improve concentration, increases confidence, and much more.
