as a hearing center they should listen to there customers and they don't ! I got fitted for hearing aids at the Yelm location . My left hearing aid did not work and I was told to try it for a week...

When you are a new customer they answer their phones promptly and are very attentive to you, but once you become an established customer nobody picks up the phone or returns your voice messages.
