I thoroughly enjoy working with athletes to assess their running mechanics, functional training routine and injury risk level in order to create a preventive training program. I also specialize in custom bike fitting for cyclists and in women's health, especially with women who have pre- and post-natal concerns. I also conduct educational lectures and classes for physical therapists, massage therapists, athletic trainers, exercise physiologists and personal trainers.
