History

MOSAIC PT serves children through adults with a focus on orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation, lymphedema and vestibular therapy, for physical therapy. We have 4 Children's Therapy locations in Bellevue, Issaquah, Seattle, and opened in April 2017, Mountlake Terrace, with a focus primarily on the needs of children from birth to young adult with special needs.

Therapist owned and operated, MOSAIC Physical Therapy & Children's Therapy is a private outpatient practice serving the Mountlake Terrace, Edmonds, Lynnwood and Shoreline communities. Our physical therapists treat all ages from birth to adult and utilize a combination of functional neuromuscular reeducation, hands on manual therapy, movement awareness techniques, and therapeutic exercise to help our patients reach their maximal potential. Patients receive individualized, one-on-one treatment sessions with a licensed practitioner in a positive wellness based environment. We specialize in Orthopedics, Sports related injury rehab, Lymphedema Therapy, Breast Cancer post-op therapy, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Aquatic therapy, FMS Functional Movement Screening, MDT Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment, Rocktape and Kinesiotape applications. Children's Therapy services include Speech and Occupational Therapy, expanded in April 2017.
